What We Do When Order Processing

1.Orders are captured within 2 hours. Any changes to the order have to be made within 2 hours of the order.

2.Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. Once shipped, the order will arrive at the time of order (American Airlines, US Ground, Air Canada or International).

3.Incorrect billing information and / or shipping to an alternate address may result in delays in transportation and additional costs. Any printing, photography, or in product specifications are wrong or pricing is corrected.

4.We will inform you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before you complete your order.

Order Cancellation

1.Order within 12 hours to cancel doesn't deduct any fees.

2.Any orders canceled on our website will be charged 15% after 12 hours. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel or modify any orders.


We sincerely hope that you can have a pleasant shopping experience on our site,and we understand that you are hard to choose satisfying product from many products,so we allow one time free exchange for each order.

1.If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount.

2.If the exchange item(s) costs less, the difference will be applied as a store credit towards your next purchase.

3.Before Shipping, for any changes on orders placed above 24 hours, a 15% re-production fee will be applied.

4.Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

5.A 30% re-production fee is applied after 7 days from the date the order is placed.


All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

The package must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s).

Once your return is received and confirmed the refund, please allow 10 business days for money back.

3.The item was worn or sprayed any hair styling products

4.The item was damaged and the original status was changed
